Linguistics & Lexicography

Associate Professor at the Department of Linguistics and Punjabi Lexicography, Punjabi University, Patiala. With over 30 years of teaching and research in theoretical and applied linguistics, her work spans lexicography, thesaurus studies, computational linguistics, and the documentation of South Asian languages. She holds a Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and has served as Principal Investigator for Government of India language technology projects including ILCI and Indradhanush WordNet.
